Suddenly at the Owen Sound Hospital on Sunday January 1, 2006. Ab
Barfoot of RR# 2 Wiarton in his 78th year. Beloved husband of the
late Mary (Cruse) Barfoot. Dear father of Michael and his wife Joanne
of Singhampton; and Carol and her husband Larry Forbes of Mar. Cherished
grampa of Clint (Tracy) Barfoot of Meaford, Anita (Brey) Barfoot of
New Market, Karla Barfoot of Singhampton, Brian (Amanda) White of
Brantford, Michael White of Edmonton, Alberta, Jeff White of Sauble
Beach, Sabrina (Rick) Macaloney of Mar and Brandy Forbes of Clavering
and great grampa of five great grandchildren. Brother of Stewart (Teddy)
of Tara, Iva (Jack) Brown of Stratford and Chauncey (Maxine) of Wisconsin,
U.S.A. Predeceased by one sister Leta Gill and three brothers Clarence
Barfoot, Gordon Barfoot and Elden Barfoot. The family will receive
friends at the George Funeral Home 430 Mary Street, Wiarton on Wednesday
from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be
conducted from the funeral home on Thursday January 5th at 2:00 pm
with Rev. Ed Laksmanis officiating. Spring interment in Mount Pleasant
Cemetery, Sarawak. Donations to the Wiarton Hospital, Grey Bruce Lung
Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Oddfellows
Spirit Rock Lodge # 312 I.O.O.F. will hold a memorial service at the
funeral home on Wednesday evening at 6:45 pm. Condolences may be sent
