DOBSON, Maurice

of Wiarton, and formerly of Miller Lake and Kitchener, passed away peacefully at Gateway Haven on Saturday, March 3, 2007 in his 77th year. Cherished father of Allen Dobson and his wife Karen of Waterloo and Jim Dobson and his wife Kellie of Kitchener. Special grandpa of Meghan, Mandy, Jessica, Troy and Jillian. He will be sadly missed by brother Bruce (Zelma) Dobson of Stayner, sisters Violet (Jim) Hill of Wiarton and Dorothy (Al) Sampson of Wasaga Beach as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Maurice was predeceased by his wife Elsie in 2004 and his parents Mary (Kerr) and Reuben Dobson.

The family will receive friends at the Gateway Haven Chapel, 671 Frank Street, Wiarton on Saturday, March 10, 2007 from 12:00 noon until the time of the service to celebrate Maurice's life at 2:00 p.m. Major Charles Young officiating. Spring interment Oxenden Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
