Eyre James Alexander Alex
Peacefully at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton on Wednesday August
10, 2005. Alex Eyre of Wiarton in his 90th year. Son of the Late James
and Adeline (Hogue) Eyre. Dear brother of Clara Eyre of Wiarton. Predeceased
by two brothers Edward and William and one Sister Mary Longmire. Dear
uncle of Grace Rouse of Shallow Lake; Doug Longmire and his wife Marlene
of Ottawa; Wayne Longmire and his wife Vicki of Hanover; Ruth Toneri
and her husband Ray of Owen Sound and Randy Longmire of Wiarton. Also
survived by many great and great great nieces and nephews. The family
will receive friends at the George Funeral Home, 430 Mary Street,
Wiarton on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The funeral service
will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday August 13th at 2:00 PM.
Interment Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton. Donations to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Condolences may be
