Hardman Margaret Eva
Peacefully at the Owen Sound Hospital on Saturday September 10th,
2005. Margaret (Shier) Hardman of Owen Sound and formerly of Pike
Bay in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late James (Jim) Hardman
1986. Dear mother of Wilfred and his wife Jean of Gore Bay; Barry
and his wife Linda of Owen Sound; and Linda and her husband Neil Walker
of Newmarket. Special grandmother of Jamie (Monique), Bill, Cathy,
Stephen, Kimberley, Adam, Tyler, and Leah. Sister of Ruth (Carman)
Hamill of Massie and Edith Bergen of Owen Sound. Also survived by
a sister-in-law Rhoda Shier of Owen Sound. Predeceased by one son
Robert (1975), three sisters Freida Thompson, Bessie Kahel, Mary Jo
Shier and two brothers Allan Shier and Everett Shier. The family will
receive friends at the George Funeral Home 430 Mary Street, Wiarton
on Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be
conducted from the Pike Bay United Church on Tuesday September 13th
at 11:00 AM with Rev. Audrey Brown officiating. Interment, Colpoy's
Bay Cemetery. Donations to the Pike Bay United Church would be appreciated.
