HARPER, Dan

of Miller Lake passed away suddenly as a result of an accident on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 in his 34th year. Cherished husband of Crissy. Much loved son of Brian and Linda Harper of Wasaga Beach, grandson of Joe and Agnes Donald and Jean Harper all of Guelph and brother of Jacqueline (Noor) Ghauri of Whitby and Natalie Harper of Wasaga Beach as well as 5 nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by parents-in-law Louise and Richard Weaver Sr., grandmother-in-law Emilie Weaver, brothers-in-law Ricky Weaver and Jonathan (Angela) Weaver all of Pennsylvania, USA. Dan was predeceased by grandfather Fred Harper and grandparents-in-law John and Mary Scarduzio and Delvin Weaver.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Dan's life at the Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Monday, November 17, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will also be held at Barrie Hill United Church, 5702 Wellington Road 29, Rockwood on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Memorial donations made to the Strife Bird Research Fund or the Tobermory Bird Sanctuary would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympany and may be made by contacting the Funeral Home.
