LEYLAND, Frank

of Wiarton passed away at Wiarton Hospital on Saturday, July 30, 2011 in his 81st year. Cherished husband of Elizabeth of 43 years. Loving father of Warren (Luanne) of Calgary, Alberta and Susan Hogan-Leyland of Oxenden. Special grandfather of Jullian (Keith) Allen, Jennifer Leyland and James Leyland. He will be sadly missed by his brother Ken (Lucille) Leyland of London and sisters-in-law Betty Leyland of London, Dorothy Leyland of London and Florence McVicer of Toronto. Frank was predeceased by his parents Elsie (Leach) and Samuel Leyland and his brothers Charles and Peter.

Visitation will be held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Donations made to the Rotary Club of Wiarton, Wiarton Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy..
