MOYER, Clare

of Wiarton passed away on Friday, November 9, 2007 at Wiarton Hospital in his 81st year. Cherished husband of Elinor for 59 years and dear father of Robert (Betty) of St. Catharines, Kat Moyer of Oxenden, Rick (Debbie) of St. Catharines and Pat (Edward) Van Rooy of St. Catharines. Special grandfather of Faith, Dan, Justin and Jenny and great grandfather of Taylor, Julianna and Sienna. He will be sadly missed by sister-in-law Hazel Moyer of Vineland. Clare was predeceased by his parents John and Mabel (Earl) Moyer, brothers Roy and John and sister Betty.

Family and friends are invited to share their memories at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton, on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Clare's life will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ed Laksmanis officiating. Interment Oxenden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
