Shearer John Clinton Clint
Peacefully at the Lion's Head Hospital on Sunday October 9th, 2005,
one day after his 74th birthday. Clint Shearer of Lion's Head. Beloved
husband of Verna (Hardman) Shearer. Dear father of Scott and his wife
Laura of Clavering; Brian and his wife Lori-Ann; Owen and his wife
Pattie; Darren and his wife Terri all of Lion's Head; and Gaylene
and her husband Andrew Whittington of Anten Mills. Special grandfather
of Pauline, Ryan, Derek, Tiffany, Penny, Mark, Melissa, Bryce, Miranda,
Brandon, Alesia, Mackenzie, Clinton, Olivia and two great grandchildren
Kristopher and Kurtis. Brother of Donelda (Nupsy) Buchanan of Sarnia,
Garnet of Waynesfleet, Keith of Welland, and Carl of Lion's Head.
Predeceased by one sister Marion (Tiny) Malloy and two brothers Archie
and Kenneth. The family will receive friends at the Davidson Chapel
71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00
to 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be conducted from the Bethel
Missionary Church 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Wednesday October
12th at 11:00 AM with Pastor Billy Strachan officiating. Interment,
Eastnor Cemetery, Lion's Head. Donations to the Lion's Head Hospital,
Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Diabetic Association would be
