Thomas Lumley Elizabeth nee Heath
Peacefully at the Lion's Head Hospital on May 4, 2005 in her 96th
year. Predeceased by loving husbands Gordon Roy Thomas (1961) and
Mark Lumley (1977) and beloved daughter Norma M.A. Magner (1976).
She is survived by her daughter Ethel V. Lacey (Gordon) of Barrow
Bay, Ontario and her son Gordon R. Thomas (Margot) of Kanata, Ontario
and seven loving grandchildren: Elizabeth, James (Lynn) and Ronald
Magner, Lynn (Rick) Gore, Leigh Ann (Edwin) Arneson, Kate and Kristin
Thomas. Also survived by ten great grandchildren and several Lumley
stepchildren. She leaves behind a lifetime of love and generosity.
A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday May 10,
2005 at Christ Church, 329 Royal York Road, Etobicoke, Ontario where
she was an active member of the Anglican Church Women and the church
choir since 1947 until her move to Lion's Head in 2000. Remembrances
may be made to the BPHSF - Today's Spirit, (Bruce Peninsula Health
Services Foundation) Lion's Head, N0H 1W0 or the Canadian Cancer Society.
