Peacefully with family by her side at her residence early Friday morning June 19, 2015. Eva Nickel (nee Verner) of Wiarton in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Nickel. Cherished mother of Mary Nickel (Roger Clarke) of Toronto, Irene Nickel (Guy Goldston) of Guelph, Susan Keeshig (Tony) of Ottawa and Dorothy Nickel of Wiarton. Loved grandmother of Jonah (Christine), Shea (Andy), Sara (Adam), Caitlin, Eva, Fern, Amy and Laura and great grandmother of Vincent, Miriam and Ryder. Dear sister-in-law of Ferne Robinson of Stratford. Missed and loved by all her nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME. Wiarton on Thursday, June 25th from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. with a time to share memories at 1:00 p.m.. Interment Bayview Cemetery.
