Peacefully with family by her side early Monday morning November 2, 2015. Pearl Makela (nee Cooper) of Wiarton in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Eric John Makela (1998). Cherished mother of Jim Makela and his wife Valerie of Wasaga Beach, Judith Burgett and her husband Dalton of Bemus Point, New York, John Makela and Karen of Kincardine and Joanna Sprague and her husband Phin of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Loving grandmother of Terri (Matthew), Kimberley (Brad), Jamey, Erica (Jacob), Jason (Kathy), Kyla, Mak (Corrie), Elizabeth (Josh) and Eric and great grandmother of many. Predeceased by her sisters Edna Goodlet and Mae Jasper. Private family funeral arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
